Who I Serve
I work with women who are feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and hopeless. Are you struggling to face the day? Do you feel like you are constantly worrying or feeling drained? Are you experiencing a pervasive feeling of “I’m not good enough?” Do you resonate with the words anxiety, depression, or trauma? If this sounds like you, know that you’re not alone, and there’s hope.
I specialize in complex trauma, religious trauma, family trauma, and also
equestrians who are struggling with their sports mindset.
We have the power to heal from within, and I’m here to provide you with the tools you need to bring that power forward. Don’t let feelings of exhaustion and overwhelm hold you back any longer. It’s time to tap into your inner power and start living the life you deserve.

Hello there,
In my early twenties, I began experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety. At that time, I had no knowledge of the available mental health resources or how to access them. The questions that plagued me were common: should I see a psychiatrist or a psychologist? Should I take medication? What were my options?
As the next few years passed, my mental health condition worsened, and I struggled to find a therapist who could help me. Eventually, in desperation, I decided to take matters into my own hands and obtain a master's degree to become my own therapist.
My journey led me to discover the wealth of mental health resources available to most people, but which are often difficult to navigate. As a result, I'm here to help you access these resources and provide guidance to help you achieve emotional and mental wellbeing. I have extensive knowledge of how to find and effectively use the pieces of the puzzle that make up a successful mental health toolkit, and I'm eager to share my insights with you.
Let's work together to build a happier, healthier you.
“Never have I felt so witnessed and cared for by a therapist. Although I’ve been able to get support previously, my deepest work began with Melissa. This is in large part because of her scope and specialties, but equally important has been the trust we’ve created. ”
